ReVera Named to MICRO Magazine's "Greatest Hits of 2004"

EE Times"Just as guitars, keyboards, vocals and percussion come together to form your favorite pop songs, ICs result from the technological interaction of countless components--from the most complex, expensive instruments to simple valves, sensors and filters. Throughout 2004, MICRO's readers were offered a rich palette of tools, parts and software used to manufacture semiconductors, MEMS, flat-panel displays, and other high-tech products. From the nearly 140 offerings that appeared in the Product Technology News sections in the course of the year, the editors have selected the most innovative, novel, and useful ones--the Greatest Hits of 2004. Highlighting products from suppliers in Asia, Europe and the United States, the list includes spectroscopy instruments, CMP tools, ALD deposition systems, laser sources, and ozone generators. Equally noteworthy are sputtering targets, lithography components, FOUP cleaners, wet process tools, and micro machining systems. To view the entire range of products that have appeared in the pages of MICRO over the years, visit our archives at www.micromagazine.com. Today's' hot offerings may become tomorrow's fond memories, like a great hit from the days of AM radio."
