Bryan Phelan Joins as Director of Sales
Sunnyvale, Calif., October 10, 2005 – ReVera Inc., a leading provider of
advanced compositional metrology solutions for semiconductor device
manufacturing, has added an industry veteran to lead its sales efforts in North
America and Europe. Bryan Phelan, most recently Vice President of Sales for LTX
Corporation, has joined ReVera as a Director of Sales.

of sales and sales management experience in the semiconductor industry and with
his proven record of success, brings to us valuable sales leadership skills.
Phelan is the most recent addition to an executive team that has expanded

In addition to LTX, Phelan previously held the position of Director of Sales for
the Wafer Handling Division at Entegris Incorporated. Prior to Entegris, he held
numerous sales and sales management positions with various design/build clean
room firms, including Clean Room Products and Liberty Industries. Phelan holds a
Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University.
